Start your journey into Kiteboarding

Navigate the waters of Jetty Island with our IKO certified team to learn the basics of kiteboarding. Lessons will range from 2-3 hours depending on your skill level.

First time out? We will cover the basics on land, learn how to launch and land the kite and go over self rescue and safety features. From there we will get in the water for some body dragging and feel the power of the kite!

Been out with us before? We will jump right in where we left off and get your riding skills dialed in. We can add in a jetski assist to get you up wind and away from the beach to give you all the space needed to figure it out.

 

Jetty Island Kite Zone, does not tell a story, at least not in the traditional sense. Instead, this short film invites you to share the passion of a community of Pacific Northwest kiteboarders-people who love kiteboarding as much as they love their summer kiteboarding zone at Jetty Island, Washington State.
